Chair yoga

We’re delighted to offer a new course at the community centre. Chair Yoga with Hilary Watson.

Chair Yoga is a relaxed class for those who want to improve their mobility yet maybe struggle with regular Yoga.

Chair Yoga runs every Tuesday between 11.15am and 12.15pm.

In addition to Chair Yoga, Hilary also offers two regular Yoga sessions with us on a Tuesday.

Hilary’s Morning Yoga session runs from 10.00am-11.00am and her evening session runs from 5.30pm – 6.30pm.
