Pilates with Linda

Pilates, a revolutionary fitness method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Linda is a qualified Stott Pilates instructor who runs classes suitable for beginners as well as those with previous Pilates experience.

 

Wednesdays at 7pm

Fridays at 9.15am

Fridays at 10.15am

 

£ 40 for 6 weekly sessions ( consecutive )

£ 50 for 8 weekly sessions  ( consecutive )

£ 7.50 per session ( only if participants have done pilates before, and if sessions aren't full )

 

Open to beginners and those with some previous experience.
