Hilary Watson offers regular Yoga sessions at Brampton Community Centre.

Classes are £20 for a 5 week block or £5 per session, drop in.

Yoga for All

Tuesdays, 10-11 am OR 5.30-6.30pm

These 'Yoga for all' classes offer warm ups to start standing postures, sitting postures lying down postures, meditation and relaxation.

 

Chair Yoga

With Hilary, every Tuesday 11.15am - 12.15pm.

Chair Yoga is a relaxed class for those who want to improve their mobility yet maybe struggle with regular Yoga.
