Upholster your own Swivel Chair: Upholster your own Swivel Chair (2 x Weekend Course) 25th & 26th May | – Lakes and Fells  (4 Day (2 x Weekend) Course)

Course setup:

2 consecutive weekends course.
Sat 25th May | Sun 26th May | Sat 1st June | Sun 2nd June
Taking place between 10am – 3pm.
It’s preferable to have some form of previous basic upholstery experience. Ideally, our ‘Intro to Upholstery’ or ‘Footstool’ course are perfect workshops to do before you tackle this chair.

What’s provided:

Full tutorial and support throughout with Liam.
The Chair Frame
All upholstery sundry materials (foam, dacron, webbing, staples, wax etc). If you think you will be painting the legs of your chair please bring along the necessary coloured paint with you.
All upholstery tools are provided, but you can bring your own if preferred.
Tea, coffee and light refreshments throughout the day.

What you will need to bring with you:

Your fabric of choice. If you are going to be using fabric which requires pattern matching or you are going to be doing different fabrics on the front and back, just drop us a message and we can work out you require.
We do offer a whole range of our fabrics which are available at discounted rates.
We will provide refreshments throughout, however we suggest either to bring a little grub along for lunch or there is several lovely cafes within 5 mins walk of our base.
If you live further afield and are needing to stay over on the two nights, we suggest The Howard Arms Hotel (5 mins walk from our base).

Booking and Cancellation Policy

On request we can offer a spilt payment method to secure your place on a course. This would entail a 50% deposit on booking and the outstanding 50% due one month before arrival. Please email us direct to enquire about this option at: liam@lakesandfells.co.uk

If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of first workshop in this series, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

Refunds for cancellations over 30 days are subject to the small admin charge we incurred when taking initial payment.
