Move with Mish

Thursdays 3-4pm  £5 per class, first session free.

Classes incorporate a range of exercises, including stretching, low-impact cardio, and resistance training using bands, to target different areas of the body. By engaging in these activities regularly, you’ll not only improve your balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and coordination.

Please bring a drink of water and wear comfortable clothes and well fitting shoes or trainers.
