Gentle Movement and Relaxation combines sitting and standing movements to open and stretch your body along with meditative breathing to cultivate a connection between your mind and your body, promoting balance and relaxation. Some health benefits may be found in the quality of sleep, blood pressure and flexibility.
Classes are held on Monday morning 9.45am to 10.45am
