It will look at the merits and pitfalls of each technique and their appropriateness of use in different circumstances. DESCRIPTION:What do you want from life?  Is it to be successful?  Is it to be happy?  In ancient Greece\, Aristotle talked of human flourishing as the greatest good; the ultimate thing which we strive for.  This is not like momentary happiness\, that results from buying the next in-thing\, but a long term happiness.  The kind of happiness we feel when we reach our full potential in life.  But how do we find this? The goal of these mediation sessions is to become aware of this kind of happiness; this ideal of fully flourishing\, and forge a path towards it.
